Description
Columbines, the Colorado state flower, are not a common flower. They can be seen in wild alpine settings, grasslands, meadows, and woodlands in the high mountains. Columbines can grow at high elevations, almost to the timberline. Because of this they are a symbol of aspiration, endurance, and faith.
